Nicole has lifelong roots in Lenexa. She was born and raised in Lenexa/Shawnee and a proud NW cougar.
She has been an avid election worker and Supervising Judge for multiple election cycles.

Nicole earned her degree from the University of Kansas and worked for the University after college
In 2004, she began a 20-year career in corporate consulting specializing in software implementations.
Delivering projects on time and under budget is a direct result of her project management experience and innovative leadership.
